+46 AWARD WINNER - SIV STOLDAHL

Yesterday Siv Støldal was announced as the winner of +46 Award S/S 2009. A jury consisting of acknowledged industry professionals have selected Siv Støldal as the winner of Scandinavias most well covered and prestigious competition for Fashion Designers.

The jury members were:
• Diane Pernet, Fashion Journalist and Editor at Iqons.com
•Jean Pierre Blanc, Director of Festival International de Mode et de Photographie à Hyères
• Elisabetta Berla, Founder of the International fashion head hunting company Between Design
Research
• Laird Borelli, Senior Features Editor at Style.com
• Gaspard Yurkievich, Fashion Designer
• Daniel Björk, Editor in Chief of Rodeo Magazine
As the recipient of the Award, Siv Støldal’s will show/gets to show her current project at the opening of
the +46 Trade Fair during Stockholm Fashion Week. The show is presented as an installation, especially
created for +46 and Siv Støldal by artist Andreas Nilsson in collaboration with architects Boys Don’t
Cry. The piece will be revealed to invited guests and press at a private view on August 13th and the venue will be open to the public for two days during +46 Fashion Sale.
