The latest uk edition of Esquire features the character Morph. Inside the mag its a fashion story were the morph wearing different outfits.
Such a great story and craftmanship. Finally Esquire have put some creativity behind their stories (maybe cause someone just got a new position there..)

It was a long que to get in to Magazin 3 this weekend. It was hard to see the exhibition but I got the chance to see this performance.

Sketch by Adolphe Appia for the set of a Wagnerian drama: notice the complete use of the three dimensions and the absence of realistic or picturesque elements.
The theories of Adolphe Appia transformed the performing arts. The Swiss stage designer and director attached particular importance to the text and to the actor, which for him were inseparable from the sets and lighting. This was such a new ideas and new theories were formed by this man. I am at the moment learning a lot from him.
Filmklubben på wip:konsthall 7-8 februari
På lördag är det konst, aktivism och politik på WIP konsthall.
7 - 8 FEBRUARI
KONST (FILM/VIDEO), AKTIVISM OCH POLITIK

"Konst (film/video), aktivism och politik" är ett filmprogram och seminarium som undersöker film/video som kritisk praktik, samt relationen mellan konst (film/video), aktivism och politik.
I programmet ingår filmer av Ashley Hunt, Esra Ersen, Hito Steyerl, Laura Horelli, Carlos Motta, Oliver Ressler/Zanny Begg, och Ursula Biemann.
Seminariet på lördagen har upplägget av ett samtal mellan seminariedeltagarna. Vi kommer särskilt att bjuda in personer med anknytning till de aktuella ämnesområdena. Moderator och samtalsledare är Nina Möntmann. Frågeställningar som rör det dokumentära samt användningen av film/video som strategi för social förändring kommer att lyftas upp under samtalet.
"Konst (film/video), aktivism och politik" är den första av en serie händelser som Filmklubben (Petra Bauer, Michele Masucci och Jesper Nordahl) organiserar i samarbete med wip:konsthall under våren. Filmvisningarna och seminariet är en utveckling av filmprogrammet, "Art (film/video), activism and politics", som Michele Masucci och Jesper Nordahl ursprungligen sammanställde i samband med European Social Forum i Malmö hösten 2008.
Screeningprogrammet visas både den 7:e februari och den 8:e februari.
